ACCOMMODATION & INDEPENDENT LIVING
TRANSPORT
Supported Independent Living, Independant Living & Short Term Accommodation.
We have a variety of standard options that can help participants to live as independently as possible, while still receiving the highest quality of care possible.
We also have access to short-term accommodation.

We can help manage the transport options that are a vital part of a participant maintaining their independence, enjoyment of life and access to their friends, family and community.
RESPITE
Whether it is for a short break or a more extended trip away, we understand the value of providing access to respite that the participant can enjoy to the fullest while still receiving the highest calibre of care and support.
AS ONE OF OUR OWN
At FRA5ER we endeavour to treat every participant with the same love, care and respect as we would our own family.

We recruit very carefully, and only take on support workers who can consistently demonstrate this uniquely high standard of care.
Many of our support workers themselves have had close friends or family with unique needs, and have experienced a lot of the difficulties they had in being treated with respect, dignity and quality care.
​
Because of this, we work to ensure that no care we ever give, would be less than the same level, we would want given to our own loved ones.
​
At FRA5ER all participants will be treated as one of our own.

We wont pretend to understand everyone's unique difficulties in the same way they do, but we will always endeavour to treat them with kindness and empathy.

At FRA5ER we understand that everyone is a unique person, with different needs, goals and requirements and we don't believe anyone should be deprived of the highest quality support, just because they have a unique circumstance or situation.

Because of this, we are always open to discuss unique needs or situations, and will always do our best to provide the support needed - whether that means changing the way we work, adapting processes to meet a higher standard of care, or even recommending another service provider that may specialise in areas we do not.

We want to know, that no matter who it is from our team, that they will provide the best possible quality of care, and show a deep and genuine care for their recipients.

We are an NDIS compliant Support Services provider, owned & operated with a daily hands-on approach by leadership with over 20 years professional experience in community care with vulnerable participants.

We have a family and community orientated approach, where we believe that every person is a vital part of their society, and should be enabled to both benefit from it and contribute to it as best they can.

COMMUNICATION
We are big proponents of open and free communication between providers, participants and their families and communities as preferred. Because of this, we have a unique communication protocol, that enables us to frequently provide updates, messengers and photos throughout the service, so that there can be a high level of involvement and interaction throughout the day that can otherwise be hard to achieve.
